1.1. We require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting, using, or storing personal information from children under 13 years of age.

1.2. Parents or guardians may review, delete, or withdraw consent regarding their child’s information at any time by contacting us at admin@paneducation.page.

2.1. We collect only the minimum necessary information required to provide our AI-powered essay evaluation services, including essays submitted by students and basic account-related details (e.g., name and email address).

2.2. Educational records and data are securely stored and used solely for the purpose of delivering feedback and improving our AI models.

3.1. In compliance with FERPA, educational records collected through our services are kept confidential.

3.2. Access is limited to the user, their parent or guardian (if applicable), and authorized educational personnel, as appropriate.

4.1. Data submitted to our platform will be used only to evaluate essays, improve AI accuracy, and provide personalized feedback.

4.2. We do not sell, rent, or share personal or educational information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5.1. We implement strict security measures to protect all data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5.2. Despite our efforts, please note that no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

6.1. Parents or guardians have the right to review, update, or request deletion of their child’s data.

6.2. Students aged 13 and older may also manage their data within the limits of applicable laws.

7.1. If third-party services (e.g., hosting providers) are used to support our platform, they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

7.2. These parties are prohibited from using any data for purposes beyond what is outlined in this agreement.

8.1. We may update this User Agreement periodically to ensure compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and other applicable laws.

8.2. Users will be notified of significant updates and required to acknowledge major changes.
